Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt.

We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable or if the item is not as described by us.

Skin care products can only be returned if you unopened.

Liability:

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service.

Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped.


If you change you mind and would like to return there will be a deduction £3.00 for UK buyers and £6.00 for international buyers.

Exchanges: Unless stated in the item description we offer an exchange or refund policy if the item was substantially not as described in the item description or is completely damaged on arrival. Minor variations in model, colour or specifications are not regarded as reason for refund. Buyer must return the item unused within 14 days of purchase, in all of the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
