If you are interested in getting the absolute best possible picture from your console, you need to replace the stock Voltage Regulator and the C11 capacitor. This will prevent the big white bar in the middle of your TV screen. And the C11 capacitor will remove ghosting.
You can install this RGB chip without doing the Voltage Regulator and C11 cap replacements.
