These are nice to find when a matched pair as, in addition to hooks, they can be used as shelf supports. These will accept a 6" wide shelf as positioned in the 4th photo above. 9 1/4" tall x 8" out from wall with the 4 screw hole mounting section measuring 2 1/2" wide x 5 5/8" tall. All good.
