Like "artsy" and "lagenlook/layered" "romantic" and "bohemian"...all classic 1990s trends, all of which still persist today, far more than 1960s mod, Victorian, or even "hippie" do. This blouse is a perfect example of romantic, bohemian 1990s clothing: feminine, super pretty, with nice little touches. The sheer fabric is another 1990s trend: how many gorgeous sheer blouses over pretty little camis did I used to wear? A LOT. lol. This was made in India, it's sheer rayon, and the colors are absolutely gorgeous--rich burgundy red, cream and black, with touches of jewel-toned blue and green.
