Absolutely fascinating item that would have been used before cell phones took over the job. This was something to keep in your glove box in case you had an accident for documentation. There is space on the side of the camera to fill in pertinent information, such as the date of the accident and location. 15 photos could be taken. It states that you should develop by 12/2003. So my guess is that this is circa 2000-2003. Great item for display with excellent graphics. New Old Stock sealed and unused. Sales sticker remnants on the back. Unusual item for collectors.
