JW by Jason Wu dress has long sleeves and crossover front with ruffle trim.  Black and blue floral print with black lining and fabric tie belt.  Size medium dress with back zipper.  Measures about 15" flat across at waist and 19" from one underarm seam to the other.  Clean, new, and never worn.
