If you do choose an express delivery option, your order will be automatically prioritised, boosting your delivery time to one of the below. If you're in no rush, great! The small wait of 3-6 working days will be worth it! Please note, deliveries can be delayed during peak periods up to 6-8 working days.

Simple Returns Procedure

We would only refuse a return if you are outside of the returns window or you have added a personalised logo, preventing the item from being resold.

Please note, we can't offer a refund / exchange if you have chosen to add personalised text to your product. Unless the item is proven to be faulty. Additional evidence would be requested in this case such as photos and vehicle reg.

If the item has not been customised, you are welcome to cancel your transaction at any time but please be aware if the item has been shipped, you will need to cover the return postage fee.

Please be aware that it is your duty to check vehicle years / details prior to ordering. We are here to help, so if you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle registration so we can confirm fitting for you.Remember, although we base our mat shapes on OEM Genuine sets, they are not OEM GENUINE mats. Our mats are Tailored for your vehicle and will fit as described, but you must check the template image within our advert for the actual shape before ordering. If this does not look correct, or you feel you would like to make alterations, this can be done but at an additional charge. It's also worth noting that our images are mostly generic and may not illustrate the actual shape you will receive (car mats & boot liners). We will supply a tailored fit, perfect for your make, model and year of vehicle.

Tracking your order is easy. Once your order is printed and sent to production, we instantly assign a tracking number, along with the courier name of whom it is due to be dispatched with. Please note, it will take around 3-4 working days for the tracking to show that it has been collected from our premises. The item has only been dispatched once the courier scans the parcel upon collection. Continue to check your tracking for further updates such as Delivery Date and time window.

If you would prefer to mix and match your colour options, rather than choosing one of the preset colour combinations we offer, simply purchase the item and then send us an ebay message with your preferred colours and we'll update the order as requested. Please note, you must contact us directly after purchase to ensure the changes are updated.
