Glassware Return Policy
- All returns have an automatic restocking fee of 15% or $25 whichever is less
- All shipping costs are non refundable
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Buyer is responsible for properly packaging and returning items in the same condition as received
- Items received in a different condition for example with chips or cracks will not be accepted, and will not be refunded
- If items are returned broken due to a third-party delivery such as USPS or UPS, the buyer is responsible for filing that claim
