The bonds were impounded under a 1950 court order requiring that 13 percent of her earnings as a minor be invested in the bonds. She became eligible to take possession in 1953, but had been too busy with her career to pick up the bonds. Photo measures 7 x 7.25inches. Photo is dated 06-12-1955.
