I want you to be happy with your purchase so to help you be aware of the condition of the garment i've devised my own system as follows;
BNWT: item new with tags, as you'd find in the shop, good enough to give as a present.
BNWOT: item appears unworn, no sign of use, still has that 'new unwashed' feel
Very good: item used, but no signs of wear, no splits, tears, fraying, colour loss or missing buttons etc
Good: item has been used, but no real sign of wear. still no splits, tears, fraying, colour loss or missing buttons etc
I try to list everything truthfully, after all, no one wants bad feedback or low DSR's, however, I am only human, and I can on occasion make mistakes or miss the obvious. Please remember that colour can vary from monitor to monitor, size can vary from one manufacturer to another and style is in the eye of the beholder! I always add measurements, please check the fit of the item and ask for more info if you need it. If you are not happy, for whatever reason , please contact me to arrange to return your item.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING.
1. all items will be posted clean except dry clean only items, when i will state in the listing if i feel the item is dirty, however all may be crumpled as i hate ironing and have a tendency to burn holes in things!
2. I post next day, monday to friday, but cannot always post on a saturday due to family comittments
3. I'm happy to combine postage costs on most items, message me for details as cost will depend on weight of particular items.
4. I will reply to all messages as soon as possible, however, as I also have a full time job ( and a demanding family!) please be aware that there may be a delay , especially during office hours or at weekends.
5. returns, you are welcome to send any item back if you are unhappy with it, if I have made an error with the listing then i will of course refund your postage costs for the return, if however you just don't like the item/doesn't suit you/change your mind the postage charge will be your responsibility and will not be refunded.
6. collection in person is welcome on any item
7. please note that due to the huge number of time wasters/nonpayers on ebay at the moment I will expect paying for any item within the ebay recommended time, if you have a problem paying, are sending a postal order or watching/bidding on other items and hoping to combine postage if you win, please let me know.
If you do not pay and do not contact me, i will be forced, in due course to open a non payment case against you to regain the seller fees i have paid to ebay.
8. postage cost is based on the weight and size of your item plus a very small amount for packaging / handling. I don't aim to make any profit from postage, very occasionally a parcel will cost less to post than the list estimate, this happens when there is a tiny discrepency between my scales and the post office scales on a parcel that is borderline between two price bands. If this applies to you, then i apologise, I am only human and it happens as often the otherway and a parcel is more expensive to post than expected. Funnily no one ever complains about that!
9. payment is by paypal or postal order , we are not able to accept cheques
