you are bidding on a used Vintage GI Joe Figure, the markings on the back state it's from 1987 and a number of H-23. all of the parts and joints move nicely. there is some slight wear from normal use where the color has rubbed off a little, see picture for details. this did come from a smoking home but I really don't smell anything on this where I think it has aired out enough.
