Pullover the head with a full skirt.  Tulle overlay on skirt has glittery spiders. Lots of great detail. Spider web waist belt that secures in back with hook and loop closure.  A couple threads broken on the dress but nothing major that will keep costume from being functional. Please measure your girl for fit.
