Fully bespoke on or off grid Tiny House on wheels.

Measure 5.5m long, 2.5m wide and 4m high. 

This Tiny House sits on a custom made dual axle, galvanised chassis.  

The exterior of this Tiny House is clad in English Red Cedar.  

The 7 windows use double glazed toughened glass with pine frames, 5 of which are openable. 

The roof is clad in black corrugated metal and holds 4 large solar panels.

The interior is clad in pine tongue and groove boards.  

The main kitchen and living area includes a sink, fridge freezer and storage space, folding table, a log burning stove and a sofa. The bespoke tiny wood burning stove is ideal for both heating and cooking.

The bathroom includes space for either a composting or chemical toilet, with sink and a rustic copper pipe shower included.

The loft has a double bed, clothes storage and lights that can be turned on and off separately from the main living area.     

The original off-grid electrical system outputs 1000 Watts and powers a small 6 Litre water heater, water pump, UV water steriliser, lights and sockets. I have recently upgraded the off grid system by installing a wind turbine and an additional 2 large leisure batteries. The option of mains power is also available using the standard caravan mains connection cable provided. 

Rain water collected from the roof is pumped through a two piece whole house filter, and a UV water steriliser before splitting off into the 6L water heater. 

The Tiny House is currently located in Lincolnshire and viewings are welcome prior arrangement.
