Traditional Breyer Scratching Foal #168 Black Appaloosa PEARLY PLASTIC, RARE

The Nokota model pictured is not and will never be for sale. She's just there to provide a contrast so I can show the pearly plastic as best I can. Sadly, the pearly quality doesn't photograph well. You can read more about pearlies here: http://modelhorsecollectibility.blogspot.com/2021/10/what-is-breyer-pearly.html

This girl is rare. She does have some rubs (pictured), but nothing major. She has no breaks or cracks and stands very well. If you're looking for something unusual and vintage, this girl is for you. Facebook hasn't been too helpful in getting a value for her, so someone is probably going to get a great deal. IDYB has this girl being made from 1970 to 1986, which is the heart of the Oil Crisis years. She would be amazing as a shelf sitter. If she's restored, she would be perfect as a show model. I think she's rare enough to do well in a collectibility class.

Reasonable offers are welcome and I do combine shipping. Thanks for looking!
