Purchased in 2020 - used once before lockdown as a carry-on and once as a checked bag since then.  In excellent condition - no stains or tears, all zippers in working order.  Heather graphite color (I love this color so much that I also have a Mother Lode small backpack (for schoolbooks), a rolling backpack, and a rolling duffel in the same color).
