*RARE* 1856 "THE CHRISTMAS TREE FOR ALL YOUNG PEOPLE" ANTIQUE BOOK (P3)

Great *RARE* antique fiction fine binding hardback book from 1856. Contains illustrations. Photos 21 & 22 show cracking on the cover spine edges. Photo 23 shows pencil writing and that the yellow inside cover right page is missing. Photo 24 shows that pages 117 to 124 have almost detached and are literally hanging on by a binding thread but other pages inside feel okay. Pages inside are in nice condition especially as the book is 168 years old.

Measures 18cm tall x 14cm wide x 2.25cm thick. Weighs 340 grams.
