NIMBUS MIRAI is a running shoe that takes a step towards achieving zero waste. A newly developed adhesive allows the upper and sole to be separated by applying heat. This structure allows the shoes to be collected and reused as part of ASICS' Take Back program. Engineered knit upper is designed to create a balance of comfort, breathability, and fit. The midsole retains the functionality of FF BLAST PLUS, which is lightweight, soft, and bounces, but uses plant-derived materials for approximately 24% of the midsole, and uses a new environmentally friendly foam material, FF. BLAST PLUS ECO" is adopted.
More than 75% of the main materials of the upper are recycled materials.
