Vintage Elgin B. W. Raymond, 21 J, Railroad Pocket Watch

This Elgin B. W. Raymond railroad watch is 16 size (case diameter 50 mm). The movement is the high grade B. W. Raymond model with 21 jewels. This is a high grade movement, lever set, adjusted to temperature and 5 positions, with gold jewel settings, gold center wheel, and micrometer regulator. Movement condition is excellent. The case is the correct and original, and marked Elgin RR on the pendant. Case is 12k yellow gold filled in good condition with light even wear. Dial is the original, single sunk porcelain with extra bold numerals and is marked Invar balance in the seconds bit. Dial is perfect. All in all, this is a very nice and collectible B. W. Raymond made in about 1927.
