- To do this, we use Chit Chats Express in Canada. Chit Chats Express clears your item within Canada and hands it off to USPS.
- Chit Chats is equally as fast as comparable Canada Post services. Best of all, their low prices allow us to charge the same shipping rate for items going to the USA that we charge for items shipped domestically within Canada.
- Delivery usually takes anywhere from 6-12 business days from when your order was paid for.
- We reserve the right to substitute Chit Chats Express with a Canada Post service such as Tracked Packet USA, or Expedited USA. This is usually only necessary to ship heavier packages. Keeping this option open allows us to continue to offer free combined shipping, or to ship heavier books while only charging $19.99. Your item should still arrive safely by the expected delivery date, and will still be fulfilled with USPS in the USA.

Q: Are you affiliated with any comic book or manga companies (Marvel, DC, etc)?
A: While all the products we sell are authentic products, we have no affiliation with any major comic book company. We are an independent Canadian eBay store that sells pre-owned media such as DVDs, books, and games.
Q: Why do you charge $19.99 for shipping?
A: We charge a flat rate to keep things simple for buyers. A flat rate allows you to easily checkout one or multiple items without having to use a shipping calculator, and without having to wait for us to send you an invoice. We do not profit off of shipping. Additionally, $19.99 flat rate boxes are currently the cheapest way to ship items to most locations in Canada. This is because of the rising cost of Canada Post fuel surcharges. Please note that the cost of shipping includes the label, clean safe packaging, and when applicable insurance or self-insurance for the package.
Q: Will I receive exactly what is in the photos?
A: You will receive the exact item photographed. We take great care to photograph each and every item so that you know exactly what you will receive. We do not use stock photos.
Q: How do you package books for shipping?
A: Your books will either ship in a cardboard box with padding, or heavyweight moisture proof bubble mailer with cardboard stiffeners to prevent bending.
Q: Can you order me a specific book or DVD? Can I buy more than one copy?
A: Our inventory is made up of genuine pre-owned media, so we cannot order in specific books or DVDs. We usually only have one copy of each item in stock.
Q: Do you offer local pick up?
A: We are an online only business. We do not have a physical storefront, so we cannot offer local pick up.
