Here, I'm very pleased to present a vintage 1960s mens short-sleeved, collared sportshirt from the great Murray's Toggery of Nantucket Island.

This is a great family-owned company -- still, after decades -- and in the 1980s, their clothing quickly became a "preppy" staple.

This shirt, made from fabric hand-loomed in India, offers great tonal, summery cotton stripes of equal width in red, green and blue -- with a thin yellow line dividing the blue and green.

This is a terrific shirt, with only scant signs of wear.

It is marked a mens size Medium but please use the measurements. Measurements are 18 1/4 inches across the back from the top of one shoulder seam to the other; 23 1/4 inches across the back from one armpit seam to the other; 11 inches down the top of the sleeve from the shoulder seam to the sleeve end; 31 1/2 inches down the center of the back from the hood seam to the hem.

This shirt has absolutely no major issues and just one minor flaw in the blue stripe, on the back, as shown in the final photo. Otherwise, it's ready for many more happy summers.
