Fragile condition. Top layer of paper on cover is flaking. Significant age-related browning. Some pages are creased. Pages are dry and somewhat brittle. The first few pages have come loose from the binding. Stains. Light pencil markings on top corner of flyleaf. Name/date of a previous owner in ink on the second page. Spine is coming loose from the bound pages. Split along back interior hinge. The several handwritten recipes in the back are faded but still readable.
