1951 India One Pice Milled Bronze Coin in excellent condition. Featuring India's National Emblem (Coat of Arms), the 4 (appears here as 3) Asiatic Lions, Ashoka (the 3rd Mauryan Emperor, Ashoka the Great) lion pedestal on the obverse and a galloping horse on the reverse with Scripts: Devanagari, Latin. Lettering: ONE PICE * एक पैसा 1955.

21mm in diameter, 1.4mm thick, smooth rim, weighs 2.92 grams, KM #1, N #1627. Was minted in Bombay (now called Mumbai), as indicated by the diamond mint mark.

The photos were taken under different lighting conditions. I would say the actual color is closest to photos #5 & #6, also, of course, depending on your monitor or screen.

 It has been properly stored in a smoke free home.
