Please note there is a 2-business day handling time, and we'll promptly notify you once your item is ready for collection. Kindly ensure you have proof of purchase upon arrival with your collection code from eBay. No cash payments accepted and items to be collected within 5 business days.  

  • Returns are always accepted up to 30 days; we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied. Simply return the item to us in the same condition you received it and we'll refund your money less postage. As you will have seen, our listing information, measurements and photographs are extensive so that you can be happy with your purchase and returns can be avoided.
