Terms and Conditions
Postage:
Postage is to UK Mainland only and please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to any surrounding areas (including Northern ireland). Delivery of your goods will be via courier and will need a signature on arrival. If nobody is in, the courier will leave a contact card so you can arrange delivery for another day. Please note our couriers cannot deliver to a BFPO address and an alternative will be needed.
Payment:
We accept Paypal only and expect payment within 3 days. If you are having problems with payment, please let us know so we can hold the item for you. Goods unpaid for will be re-listed in 14 days. We are unable to accept Cheques, PO's or Credit cards and eCheques will be held until cleared.
Warranty:
New Items - These all come with full warranty with Maxi Cosi - All you need to keep is a print out from ebay/paypal for proof of purchase from ourselves.

"B Graded" items - We offer 90 days from time of delivery and during this period we'll do our utmost to rectify any faults and issues you may have with the product.
Returns:
Babyvalue offer a no quibble returns policy of 30 days upon receipt and if the item is returned in it's original condition, we'll issue a full refund. If the item is wrongly described or damaged goods, please contact usd and we can arrange collection of the item.
