PayPal is our preferred payment method, it is safe, secure and you are covered via the payment protection scheme. We aim to dispatch all of our items ordered before 12pm on a working day the same day. All items are shipped on a 1-2 working day service with a national courier. When the item has been dispatched you will receive automatic notification either via email or text (If a mobile number is provided.)

For most of our computers, we provide warranty which would be stated in the description. This covers repair of the machine, labour and replacement parts where necessary.

The warranty does not cover any software related issues or problems, e.g. virus or malware damage, driver issues. the operating system failing, etc.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring any software or games they own or purchase are suitable for the computer.

We do not take any responsibility for any physical damage which you have caused to the computer. 

The computers are refurbished by us, this means that they may have been used before, therefore they may have some slight/minor cosmetic scratches or scuffs, this will not affect the working of the machine. Any cosmetic marks more prevalent will be mentioned in the description and in the pictures for you to view.

**We record and attach security seals to most of our systems. If these are tampered with or removed then it may invalidate any warranty we provide. Our warranty also does not cover any modifications to the computers. This includes, but is not limited to: Opening up the machine to change or upgrade hardware; Overclocking machines etc. If you are unsure then please ask.**

If for any reason you need to return your item within the first 14 days please contact us first with your reason for return and we will provide return instructions. 

**Please keep the original packaging and all included accessories for a minimum of 30 days in case of returns as there may be a charge for returns without the original packaging.**

**All Returns must be packed securely and include the item, any accessories shipped and also the original packaging. Failure to do so could result in your return request being denied or a charge being deducted from your refund amount to replace any missing accessories or packaging, or to repair any damage caused during transit due to the item not being packed securely.**

Return costs are covered by the customer, unless the error was on our part, such as sending out the incorrect part. This does not include incompatibility with other software/hardware unless listed in the description: 

The customer has accidentally ordered the wrong item or finds it inadequate for their use.

A full refund for the item purchased will be given provided it hasn’t been subject to user damage and is returned in its original packaging. (Excluding return shipping costs).

After 14 days from delivery. 

Brand New items are subject to manufacturer warranty. The customer must contact the manufacturer directly and not return it to us. 

Seller Refurbished with return-to-base warranty.

Seller refurbished items come with a return to base warranty so are returned to us (Buying2Day) and not the manufacturer. Please check the individual item description to confirm the period and type of warranty.
 

This covers the repair, replacement, where necessary, and return postage back to yourself. The warranty does not cover any issues caused by viruses, malware or the operating system failing due to either of these. The warranty also does not cover any physical damage caused by misuse or dropping the item. When purchasing laptops, the batteries are not covered under the warranty.
