They are by Anthony / Tony Rios a Spanish photographer who was living and working in London around the 1960s and 1970s. His company was called Europa Photos. They feature the interior of one of the houseboats at Chelsea, presumably Cheyne Walk . This boat is named Trafalgar and was owned by a Mrs Chapman. There is also a three page typed description of the project. Only two pages are shown in this listing.
