The teapot and sewing machine have some slight patina/tarnishing, but no defects or flaws.  

I do not know the type of metal, but they have the appearance of brass. The teapot has a copper tone metal on the bottom have of it.  
Only the sewing machine says Made in England on the bottom of it.  The others are unmarked.
