Antique Victorian Ornate Cherub and Stork Rolling Carriage Figural Napkin Ring

Very nice condition overall with tarnishing.  No missing pieces or parts.  Looks like the chain was re-soldered in one spot (see photo).  The stork is solid (heavy).  No markings.  The wheels roll, and are very unique in that they are compasses.  See photos for appraisal, and feel free to ask questions.
