Shoulder - 17.5" straight across front, seam to seam
Chest - 19" straight across front, underarm seam to seam -
Sleeve - 25.5" measured from the shoulder seam
Length - 43.5" nape of neck to hem
The best thing to do is to compare the measurements here to the measurements of a similar item that you own and that fits you well.
