This car was built to be a fun and comfortable weekend driver. It has several premium upgrades like a new engine, Holley Sniper fuel injection, Vintage Air, all new Painless Performance wiring, and a Silver Sport TKO transmission swap. A custom exhaust allows you to run through Flowmaster dual exhaust or uncork the side pipes for a little extra rumble when cruising through town. Other standard options on this car are power windows, power steering, tilt and telescoping column, rear deck lid luggage rack, and storage system to mount the T-tops to the luggage rack.

Paint and exterior

Color is single stage Viper Red from Summit Racing. The car was stripped down to the factory sealer, and repainted about five years ago. The original urethane bumper cover was upgraded to a flexible fiberglass cover when the car was repainted. 

The car also has all new weather stripping around the doors and T-tops.

Upholstery and interior

The interior has been completely redone with new carpet, seat covers, and dash pad. T-top liners are in great shape. When I re-wired the car with a Painless wire harness, I moved the fuze block to the rear package tray for a little extra foot room under the drivers side dash. A couple panels (the aluminum center dash bezel and center console plastic tabs) have some wear and tear and could stand to be be replaced at some point. I have a new center dash bezel that I will include in the sale.

Engine

Chevrolet Performance ZZ4 350 cu. in. short block, Brodix aluminum heads, Isky Mega 270 cam, timing gears, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Holley Sniper fuel injection, Hooker full length headers (wrapped), aluminum radiator, and electric fan.

Mileage

121132 miles (estimated).  New/rebuilt mechanicals (engine, transmission, driveshaft, front spindles, and trailing arms) have less than 5000 miles on them since I finished the car.

Wheels and tires

Reproduction aluminum wheels with BF Goodrich tires.

Brakes

Wilwood aluminum brake caliper conversion. New pads/rotors with about 5000 miles of driving on them.

Transmission

Converted from factory 4 speed to Tremec TKO 5 speed using a Silver Sport Transmission upgrade kit. With the five speed, you now have the same factory ratios plus overdrive for better cruising. Clutch was converted to hydraulic using the same Silver Sport kit.
