The original artwork is printed using an Epson Ecotank professional photo printer with top quality dye-sublimation ink on HTVRONT sublimation paper. The image is then cut to size and professionally heat pressed onto the prepared medium density fiberboard (MDF) teardrop shapes. Image sublimated on both sides.
"The dye-sublimation process transfers the dye into the substrate rather than depositing it on the surface, resulting in a more permanent image. In addition, because the dye-sublimation process uses heat to vaporize the ink, dye-sublimation ink produces higher-resolution prints than any inkjet."
Bright vibrant sublimated colors & finely sanded edges.
