But it mixes smooth with no clumping, if the taste is too strong you just add more water.This package has 50 servings and at less than 50 cents a serving it is great. I use two scoops so it costs me a dollar, which is cheaper that a gas stop cup of coffee.Label says it has 145mg of caffeine so two shots gives you 290mg which is a good amount to not give you the crash afterward. - Super. On the 19th of May 2017; - Super, super simple pre-workout that contains basically Creatine & Caffeine without all the extra stimulants and crap you don't need. It compares with C4 and N.O. Explode nicely in that you get that extra pump and motivation factor without feeling like you're gonna lose your sh*t.
