This is the first volume of the London Library of Recorded English, a six volume collection of recorded English language poetry and prose that features the works of many of the great English language poets and writers, read by acclaimed artists, actors, writers, and broadcasters.  This LP is a collection of short poems of Dylan Thomas, William Blake, William Wordsworth, John Keats, and others, some that are read by Thomas himself.   The series of records was originally released on Alpha Records in the late 1940s and on Britam Classic Recordings in the mid-1960s.  All have long been out-of-print.  This is a 1964 press, it is still sealed, and it is super rare (this is the only vinyl copy on the internet as far as I can tell).  This series was released on CD and download in 2017.  Happy bidding.
