This booklet is in Acceptable condition. The pages are darkened with age. There is a tear on the bottom of the front cover. There are a couple of stains on some pages and some superficial markings. The booklet is stapled at the spine and the staples and pages are secure. None of stains, markings or the tear effect the text.
