Up for auction is a KO G1 Boxed Optimus Prime Transformers figure.

Optimus Prime comes complete with all accessories, sticker sheets and instructions, and is in new condition, only taken out of the box twice; when I first received it and then to take photos for this ebay listing. Being a Chinese KO, there are differences between this version and an original or official reissue from Hasbro or Takara;

  • The die-cast red cab section is a different colour red to the plastic
  • The cab's grille and bumper are molded differently with the bumper being smooth (no licence plate indent).
  • Some of the tyres are mis-shapen, but could be fixed with hot water?
  • The tyres on the trailer are a bit too fat for the wheel arches and don't move freely.
  • The missile spring in the trailer's launcher can be seen out of the end of the barrel, but this can probably be reset/adjusted.
  • The fists and gun accessories look bloated in comparison to the original.
  • The hose cable was stuck to the styro insert when I received it, so has polystyrene remnants on it.

There are probably a few other details I've missed, but please view my photos for a good idea of the figure you'll receive. One side of the box is sealed, one isn't, again this is how I received the figure when I purchased it. Optimus still displays brilliantly, especially in his box. A great figure to get if you want the nostalgic feeling of opening a brand new G1 Optimus Prime. 

Sold as seen. The figure comes from a clean home, with no pets and no smokers.
