Instructions:

1. Needle exchange: Raise the needle to the highest position, loosen the fastening screw, pull out the needle, replace it with a new needle, and hold the needle up and hold the needle space tighten the screws in the plane.

2. Hook change: Raise the feed tooth to the highest point, open the hex socket screw B, then tilt the needle outward and pull it up.

3. Adjustment of the crimping disc: Turn the crimping nut tightly, CW to tighten, CCW to loose.

4. Adjusting the pressing force: Turning the adjusting screw CW increases the counter-CW force, and it is recommended to reduce the pressing force properly without affecting the feeding effect, which is beneficial to reduce the burden on the motor and the wear of the machine.

Note:

1. Unplug the power cord before using the maintenance.

2. Confirm that the voltage matches the voltage before connecting the unit to the power cord.

3. A three-core power cord must be used and the grounding is good.

4. The motor cooling holes should be kept clear.
