Has scratches , marks and tarnished. Top bit is hallmarked silver would say bottom bit is amber but not sure.

Selling for a friend his mum passed away and she had a lot of compacts, cigarette holders, cigarette cases and match cases all vintage she was a collector and other items . So the next few months they be auctioned on here.
