The item has NEVER been used but the box has been opened.
It contains a SEALED 30 DAY TRIAL software called Adobe Photoshop LIGHTROOM 3. I would image by this time the trial is no longer valid as the software is dated 2011. I can not offer a return based on any trial software issues.
