This is a hard-to-find Demonstration Sample of a 7" Single that Perfect People released in the UK in 1969. It's on the MCA label and has the catalogue number MU 1079.  The plain white sleeve is in Good condition and the disc is Excellent (please note that "88" has been written in the centre of the A Side label).
