This listing is for a BRAND NEW charming set of 5 Handmade Collectable Wooden Russian Nesting Dolls, called Matrioshka. 

The dolls have been beautifully hand painted with Chistmas / winter scenes at the bottom of the figures 

and a beautiful female face in a traditional Russian head scarf.

The lady is popularly known in Russia as a Christmas Babushka. 

I bought these dolls in a Christmas market about 20 years ago in Poland and have stored ever since 

so they are absolutely perfect, with bright colours and no damage whatsoever.

The tallest doll is 13.5cm tall and the smallest one: 3.8cm.

The dolls would make a fabulous Christmas gift.
