It is a great machine apart from being noisy. Grinding, hot water and steam all works fine. Comes with grinding adjustment knob and user manual but no box. I never received a grill on top of bean hopper with the machine but according to manual in some countries you have it so not sure if it is just missing or never was there. Plastic top cover is there to protect you from hopping beans so no functional issues.  

Machine shows it's age, there are scratches on the side and drip try started to fade out. Please bear in mind you are buying a second hand machine which is reflected on the price.
