This bag is gently pre owned. Very clean inside and out. No stains or tears. Please note small areas where the vinyl handles have peeling. This could be covered easily with a sharpie pen or something like that. Also note the small areas where there is bubbling on the surface of the outside of the bag. There are small white stains on one side of the changing pad also.
