Super cute vintage Roanna 4T dress. It’s pretty close to being full circle, has small pleats, rubles and a thick collar.

The measurements were taken with the dress laying flat:

Underarm to underarm 12.5”

Underarm to cuff 9” (to point where it cinches)

Shoulder to hem 19”

It’s in great shape. No holes. One small stain on the lace on the lower front. I didn’t do anything to try to remove it. Lightweight fabric makes it perfect for any season.
