In a VERY GOOD overall condition. This red version of this model does seem to be more scarce than the blue version. Tailgate still opens and closes fine as shown. Spring suspension works and the wheels move freely (one of the back tyres is cracking and damaged as shown). Have gone around a cleaned carefully with cotton buds, but the tyres are still a bit dirty as shown.

Some chips/scratches and wear all across the bodywork as shown, the worst being on the roof (see photographs for full condition). Wood style panels have some wear to them (more on one side than the other as shown). Front and back bumper chrome is flaking. Jewelled headlamps, seats and steering wheel are all intact too as shown. Ideal for a restoration project.

I believe this model of Ford Consul Cortina is based on the Mark I five-door estate car produced from 1963-1966 at the Ford assembly plant in Dagenham, Essex.
