* All packages are shipped with insurance coverage at invoice total (minus shipping and taxes) for lost / missing / damage to package while in transit ) Once a package shows delivered, the insurance is no longer valid as it does not cover stolen. So when your item is scanned as delivered, it is not my responsibility and any claim filed with Ebay will be denied. All items are photographed including shipping boxes / packages and packing supplies and condition during packing process and before shipping to validate condition of item, items and packaging. These precautions have been taken to protect myself against dishonest buyers and fraud claims.

* All orders have photos of the item, packing, packed etc taken before shipping due to false claims where buyers claim damage when received trying to get a return, refund or discount. If I have made an error on my end, I will make it right, but for dishonest buyers, do not purchase from me as I will involve all necessary parties and dispute

* Non Paying Buyers will NOT have their order canceled, I will leave item until Ebay takes action and placed a strike on buyers account, then Buyer will be blocked.

* Feedback For Buyer is left AFTER buyer leaves me feedback.

* Orders will be shipped in the allocated time posted in listing but in certain situations, shipment may be delayed due to my work / travel schedule which will be communicated to the buyer.

* Item shown in pic is actual item you will receive unless otherwise stated or in rare occasions a stock photo is listed.

* Unless stated NEW/SEALED …. If listed as new, as I rarely sell anything factory sealed as it’s a liability to me if something is wrong such as a warped, scratched, scuffed or cracked vinyl, many listings stated as NEW are slit open, inspected and photos taken but item has never been used.

* All items are tested (except NEW items), inspected, cleaned, photos taken and packaged to prevent damage in shipping. There are situations with many labels who now ship albums in poly sleeve vs shrink wrap as shrink wrap is known to cause warping and to seal album behind jacket to avoid damage to the jacket in shipping.

* Your album (if not sealed) may be packed in order to prevent any damage such as placing Obi strips inside the jacket to keep it from tearing and the vinyl placed inside its sleeve but behind the jacket to prevent seam splits. Items listed as new means they have never been played, the only handling of the item was during opening, inspecting, photos taken.

* Any item labeled used is in VG+ condition, has been played and tested to validate no serious defects or play issues unless stated at the top but may show signs of handling, minor markings but do not impact play or sound. Any imperfection causing any issue will have photos provided and imperfection listed in details.

* Any item with known defects will be listed clearly. It is the buyers responsibility to read the entire item description and condition, there is no small print in my listings as I inspect every item when listing and again during packing for shipping when I’m taking photos. If there has been a mistake made in listing, I will contact buyer with reason and photos awaiting response before shipping item.
