Yamaha YZF750R.
*MOT'd until March 2025*
First UK registered on 01/08/1995 and was then released by Yamaha as the 96 Ohlins model.
I purchased this bike as it was the one Yamaha Sports Bike i had not owned - and it does not disappoint !
I would be keeping this one but Yamaha has had the ordacity to create the XSR900 GP for 2024 so i need to let go of the YZF to pay the deposit.
This YZF is in great condition.
Remember its 29 years old ...... its not going to be immaculate, show room condition.
However everywhere i go i only get comments on how amazing she looks.
There is the usual wear but i hope you can see by the pictures that she is looking amazing for a 90's classic.
This YZF steers and stops fantastically. I changed the rear dog bones as the 90's sitting down / squatting down at the rear position is not so good now, so the dog bones raised the rear by 20 mm and you now feel like you are sitting on a neutral bike , and not in the bike. The handling is sublime.
When i purchased this, there was already a seat cowl and period end can fitted - which sounds great and not offensive.

At some point in its life the bike must of fallen off its stand by the look of the left fairing stickers but its not something i have tried to fix as its only noticeable close up. A chip on the seat cowl and a chain guard bolt has snapped in its swingarm rivnut but apart from that for 29 years i think this bike is in great condition.

Now MOT'd until March next year.

For those 29 years, i can't get across how good this bike is to ride. The 90's analogue experience is something the modern electronic bikes can't replicate.

As a classic, the value of these are rising so may be an investment, just incase you needed more justification to buy !

In Bedfordshire if you want to view so please get in touch as she looks so much better than the pictures can convey.
