This antique Japanese Imari plate is a unique find with a scalloped edge and features botanical forms in a series of lozenges. 

Made of porcelain/pottery, this piece is an antique original from 1850-1899 and comes from Japan. 

The plate has a glazed and glossy finish with a diameter of 21.5 cm, and is decorated with cobalt blues, reds, and greens. 

On the reverse is a series of blue lines and circles.

This plate also has a raised foot, adding to its uniqueness. 

It is a great addition to any collection of Asian/Oriental antiques.
