This is a vintage rubber bank featuring the character Weary Willie, portrayed by Emmett Kelly in the 1950s. Original cardboard on the underside. There are two remnants of red paint; one on the cheek as highlighted in the arrow photo, and one on the back lefthand side of the neck. Other versions of this bank show red paint under the eyes and cheeks area. I see no other indicators that this ever had the full red look. This one might be an anomaly and missed the red paint in the manufacturing process.  In good condition otherwise and ready for display.
