Official movie merchandise from Starpoint featuring Spider-man from the Spider-man 2 film-a pencil bag that has great graphics of Spiderman scaling up the side of a tall building. Made of a canvas like vinyl material, it has a zipper closure, grommets for inserting in a 3-ring binder (at least one ring ina binder will be used), and measures 8" x 10". The Marvel comic book hero has some padding that gives him a 3D effect-he rises slightly off the building. In new and unused condition-still has the plastic part of a hang tag attached. The cardboard hang tag shows a bit of wear but the bag itself is new. Awesome piece to add to your Spiderman collection!
