The suction method:
1. The method of pressing the cupping: make the cupping mouth close to the human body injured area with fingers pressing the cupping handle  to release the air in the cupping. and then let go which can creat the negative energy so that the cupping can suck on your body. Last, press it repeatedly for about 2or 3 times to adjust the suction.
2. The method of flipping the cupping: flip the cupping mouth to the direction of the handle and then make the cupping bottom close to the human body injured area.then recover the condition of rolling over, which will make the cupping sucked on your body. The method of pulling up the cupping:
1. The method of pulling up the cupping directly: with your hand grasping the handle, a direct force lift the tank from the skin.
